SHIPPING:
Thank you for your purchase. Please expect to receive a tracking number within 10 business days. After receiving your tracking number, all inquiries should be directed to UPS or USPS, as the item will no longer be in our custody.
Order Tracking:
You can check the status of your order by entering your email address and the order number in the provided tracking field.
DAMAGED/LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:
Once your package is handed over to UPS or USPS, Cirron LLC is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage. You will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. It is your responsibility to follow up with UPS or USPS regarding any issues after receiving your tracking number. Contact UPS or USPS directly to file a claim for any damages or losses.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For international shipments, we use USPS. Tracking information will no longer update once the package leaves the United States. Please contact your local post office or customs office for further information on your package.
Please be aware of your country’s regulations regarding imported items. Cirron LLC is not responsible for items held or confiscated by customs, nor for any additional customs fees incurred.
INVALID ADDRESS:
If there is an error in the address and the package is returned to us, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to resend the package. Please double-check your address details to avoid unnecessary costs.
No refunds will be provided for initial shipping payments if you decide against keeping the products after they have been dispatched.
ALLERGIES:
Please review the product ingredients carefully to prevent any allergic reactions. We hope you enjoy our natural products as much as our other customers do.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS:
All sales are final. We cannot provide refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the nature of our products.
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. It is your responsibility to manage any subscriptions associated with your purchase.
